Bill McKown

Bill founded Full Impact Fundraising & Marketing in December of 2009. He has been married to Chrissi for 27 years, and they have 2 children Kaleigh & Cole. Both Kaleigh and Cole are attending Texas Tech University. Bill graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in Marketing. Chrissi is a 2nd grade teacher at Rockwall ISD. Bill and his family live in Rockwall, Texas. He and his family enjoy traveling, mission work, and spending time with friends and family.

Greg Owens

Greg joined Full Impact Fundraising in 2022. He graduated from Stephen F. Austin University where he played football and earned a degree in Kinesiology. He was an educator for 31 years, retiring from Sulphur Spring as the Head Football Coach and Athletic Director. Greg has been married to Carla for 32 years, and they have two kids (Justin & Morgan). He is the proud Pa of Jase & Remy. Greg is living in Russellville, Arkansas.

Greg Strahm

Greg joined Full Impact Fundraising during the Spring of 2018. Prior to joining Full Impact, Greg was an educator and football coach for 32 years. The majority of his coaching career he spent at Rockwall, South Garland, Royse City, and he retired from Rockwall-Heath. Greg met and married his wife while attending Kansas State University where he also played football. They have two daughters and two sons-in-law. Greg is looking forward to becoming a Papa and enjoys everything outdoors. His motto is “Resist Being Average.”

Brittany Pike

Brittany joined the Full Impact team in 2025 after 12 years as an educator and girls coordinator in Rockwall ISD. During her time in education, she met her husband, Zach, a teacher and coach, and they now have a precious son. The Pike family of 3 enjoys cooking, outdoor activities, and time with loved ones. Brittany is dedicated to equipping teachers, coaches, directors, and sponsors with the resources they need to support their students and athletes.
